However, certain items such as software, gift cards, and personal hygiene products are non-returnable for safety and health reasons. Additionally, we offer a 90-day warranty on all our products, providing further peace of mind. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order number and details. We strive to process all returns promptly, but please allow up to two weeks for the refund to be issued.
