What is Payless Car Rental's fuel policy?

Payless Car Rental operates with a Full-to-Full fuel policy. This means that when you rent a vehicle from us, we provide it to you with a full tank of fuel, and it is expected that you return the vehicle with a full tank as well. We believe this policy is the most fair and transparent approach as it allows you to only pay for the fuel you use. If the car is returned without a full tank, we will charge you for the fuel required to bring it back to the original level, along with an administration fee. To avoid these extra charges, we recommend filling up the tank shortly before returning the vehicle.
