What is the return policy?

Our return policy at Paulfrank.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the item. The product must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team or fill out the return form on our website. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strive to make the return process as simple and convenient as possible for our valued customers.
