Therefore, we offer a flexible cancellation policy. If you cancel your booking more than 14 days prior to the event date, you will receive a full refund. For cancellations made within 7-14 days of the event, a 50% refund will be provided. Unfortunately, no refund will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
