What is your return policy?

Our return policy at Parkandbond.com allows customers to return any item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition with all tags attached. We do not accept returns on final sale items, underwear, or swimwear for hygienic purposes. To initiate a return, customers can simply contact our customer service team and provide the order number and reason for return. Once the return request is approved, customers will receive a prepaid shipping label to send the item back to us. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue the refund or store credit within 3-5 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
