Our return policy at Paradisegalleries.com allows customers to return any item within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. We understand that sometimes expectations may not be fully met, so we offer a hassle-free return process. To initiate a return, customers need to contact our customer service team with their order details. Once the return is approved, customers will receive a prepaid shipping label, and the item should be sent back within 14 days. Upon receiving the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. However, please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
