In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy. If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving your order. We accept returns on unused and undamaged products in their original packaging. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. For exchanges, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will gladly assist you in exchanging it for a different product of equal or lesser value. However, please note that the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred during an exchange.
