What is the cancellation policy at Palace Resorts?

The cancellation policy at Palace Resorts allows for flexible changes to your reservation. If you cancel your booking more than 7 days before your arrival date, you won't incur any penalties. However, if you cancel within 7 days of your scheduled arrival, you will be charged a penalty equivalent to one night's stay. In case of a no-show or early departure, you will also be charged one night's stay. Fees for any cancellations or changes are subject to the Resort's discretion.
