What is OvisLink's return policy?

OvisLink's return policy aims to provide customers with a smooth and hassle-free experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your OvisLink product, you can request a return within 30 days from the date of purchase. To initiate the return process, simply contact our customer support team, who will assist you in obtaining a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Please note that the product must be in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging. Once your return is approved, you can choose between a refund or an exchange for a different product. However, please be aware that certain items may be subject to a restocking fee.
