What file format should my artwork be in?

Asked a year ago
For optimal printing quality, we recommend submitting your artwork in PDF format. It ensures that fonts, images, and other elements are preserved accurately and allows us to review the file without any compatibility issues. Additionally, PDF files are universally compatible with various operating systems and design software. However, we also accept other common file formats, such as JPG, PNG, TIFF, and AI. If you choose to submit your artwork in these formats, please ensure that they are high-resolution (at least 300 dpi) and properly sized to your desired print dimensions. Avoid using Word or PowerPoint files as they may not retain the desired image quality. Remember to convert all text to outlines or include the font files when using non-standard fonts to avoid potential font issues during processing.
