Upon contacting our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item, we will guide you through the return process. We may request pictures of the damaged item for documentation purposes. Once we receive the item back in its original packaging, we will either provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
