You may return any unused or gently used products within 60 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. To qualify, products must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice from Ouidad.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Please note that we are unable to accept returns on opened or used gift cards.
