What is the return policy?

Our return policy at OnlineSports.com allows customers to return merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase. We accept returns for any reason as long as the item is in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the product received was defective or damaged. To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team, who will provide a return authorization number and further instructions. Refunds are issued within 10 business days of receiving the returned item and are credited back to the original payment method. Please note that certain products, such as personalized items or perishable goods, may not be eligible for return.
