One Fat Frog Restaurant Equipment has a fair and straightforward return policy for purchased equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date of purchase. Please ensure that the equipment is in its original condition with all the accessories and packaging materials intact. Proof of purchase is also required. You may return the equipment for a full refund, excluding any shipping or handling charges. However, if the equipment has been used, damaged, or is not in its original condition, a restocking fee may apply.
