Can I return or exchange a pet that I purchased?

At Olympic Pet Shop, we understand that sometimes circumstances change or unexpected situations may arise after bringing a new pet home. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction, which is why we offer a return or exchange policy for pets purchased from our store. If, within 14 days of purchase, you find yourself unable to care for or bond with your pet, we will gladly accept their return or facilitate an exchange. However, please note that certain conditions apply, including the pet being in good health and having all necessary vaccinations up to date. Additionally, a restocking fee may be charged to cover the cost of caring for the returned pet and finding them a new home. Our goal is to ensure the well-being and happiness of both you and our pets, so please reach out to our friendly staff if you have any further queries regarding this policy.
