Yes, we offer exchanges for all purchases made on OlsenEurope.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the item for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability. Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase and the item must be unworn, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original sales receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team or visit one of our retail stores with the item and your proof of purchase. Our team will assist you in finding a suitable replacement and guide you through the exchange process. Please note that any price difference between the original and exchanged item will be handled accordingly.
