What is the process for returning or exchanging an item?

To return or exchange an item, simply fill out our online return form within 30 days of receiving your order. Ensure the item is unworn, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories. Once the return/exchange form is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions for sending back the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the reason for return is due to a mistake on our end. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that certain items, such as costumes or masks, may have specific return policies due to hygienic reasons.
