Our refund policy at Oemcycle.com allows customers to request a refund within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. We kindly ask customers to provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, and any shipping fees incurred will not be refunded. If the item is returned due to our error or a defect, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please note that certain items, such as electrical components or used parts, may not be eligible for a refund. Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction, so if you have any concerns or wish to request a refund, please reach out to our customer service team who will be more than happy to assist you.
