What is the refund policy for OHC?

The refund policy for OHC is designed to provide fair and reasonable solutions for our customers. If a student needs to withdraw from a program prior to its commencement, a full refund of fees paid, excluding the application fee, will be issued. However, if the withdrawal occurs after the program has started, the refund policy will be prorated based on the number of lessons attended. OHC must be informed of the withdrawal in writing or via email, and the effective date of the student's withdrawal will be considered the date of notification. Please note that any special promotions or discounts given at the time of enrollment will be recalculated, and any remaining fees will be refunded accordingly.
