What is your return policy?

Our return policy at Nubius Organics is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can return the product for a refund or exchange. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. We do not accept returns on perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, or gift cards. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
