What is the return policy?

Our return policy at Northline Express is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. To initiate the return process, simply contact our customer service team and provide them with your order details. Please note that returns must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund. We will inspect the returned item upon arrival to verify its condition. Once approved, a refund will be processed for the purchase price minus any shipping fees. However, please keep in mind that certain items, such as clearance or customized products, may be non-returnable.
