What is the cancellation policy for coach rentals?

For coach rentals, NorthWest Navigator Luxury Coaches has a cancellation policy that allows cancellations with a full refund up to 30 days prior to the reservation date. Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the reservation will incur a 10% fee, while cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the reservation will incur a 50% fee. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 7 days before the reservation date will not be eligible for a refund. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we aim to provide a fair and reasonable cancellation policy.
