Nisim values customer satisfaction and offers a straightforward return/exchange policy for all products. If the purchased item fails to meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days from the date of purchase. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. To initiate the return process, contact our customer support team who will guide you through the necessary steps. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding any shipping charges. Alternatively, if you prefer an exchange, we can arrange that as well.
