If you happen to receive a damaged or incorrect item, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and are here to assist you promptly. Please reach out to our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order. The team will guide you through the return process and provide a prepaid return label if necessary. Once the damaged or incorrect item is returned to us, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. If a replacement is not available, we'll issue a refund for the item.
