Our return policy at Newlifesystems.com is designed to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the item. We accept returns for items that are in unused and unopened condition, accompanied by the original packaging and receipt. However, certain products like consumables, opened books, DVDs, or products with tamper seals removed cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will be provided with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
