What is Nayliner's return policy?

Nayliner takes pride in customer satisfaction and offers a hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please ensure to include all accessories and proof of purchase. We will process your return promptly, and refunds will be issued through the original method of payment. However, note that some exclusions may apply, such as personalized or clearance items.
