Our return policy at National Pool Wholesalers is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We understand that circumstances may arise where a return is necessary, and we want our customers to feel confident in their purchase. For eligible products, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part. A restocking fee may apply depending on the product. Refunds are issued within 10 business days after the returned item is received. Non-refundable items include chemicals, custom-made products, and special orders. To initiate a return or for more details, please contact our customer service team or refer to our Returns and Exchanges page on our website.
