What is the return policy?

Our return policy allows customers to return any unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations or needs. However, due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. They will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
