Yes, Namco Pools has a return policy for pool equipment and accessories. Customers may return unused and unopened products within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. Valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required for all returns. However, certain items are non-returnable, including chemicals, custom orders, and clearance items. Additionally, all returned items must be in their original packaging and in sellable condition. Namco Pools reserves the right to deny returns for any items that do not meet these criteria or if the return is made after the 30-day period.
