What is the return policy for bar stools?

Our return policy for bar stools at Mybarstools.com is designed to provide our customers with a worry-free shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your bar stool purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item. We accept returns for any reason, including product defects or simply a change of mind. However, the bar stool must be in its original condition, unused, and with all the original packaging intact. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order details. Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a product defect or error. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
