What is the return policy?

Our return policy at Mountain High Outfitters allows customers to return any unused and unworn products within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact. We understand that sometimes the fit may not be right or preferences change, so we strive to make the return process as hassle-free as possible. To initiate a return, customers can simply contact our customer service team with their order information, and we will provide a return authorization number and further instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is defective or incorrect. We aim to process returns promptly, and refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
