Our return policy at Moto Mummy is designed to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. We offer a hassle-free returns process within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. For safety reasons, any items that are deemed to have been worn or used will not be accepted for return. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order number, and they will guide you through the process. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
