What is your return policy?

Our return policy at Mothernature.com allows for hassle-free returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may request a return or exchange. We accept returns for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. However, certain products such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, and gift cards are exempt from our return policy. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for shipping the item back to us. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange promptly. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.
