What is the return policy?

Motherhood.com aims for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not delighted with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Returns can be made either in-store or by mail. For in-store returns, please bring the packing slip or receipt along with the item. Online returns require a return authorization code, which can be obtained by contacting our customer service. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received a damaged or defective item, kindly reach out to our customer service within 72 hours to arrange for a replacement or refund. We strive to provide convenient and hassle-free returns to ensure customers have a positive shopping experience with us.
