To facilitate returns, we accept unworn, undamaged items within 30 days of the purchase date. Please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team, providing relevant order information. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label if applicable. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund using the original payment method, excluding any shipping charges. Please note that personalized or customized items are non-refundable unless they are defective or do not match your order specifications.
