Our return policy at Missgrippy.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. We offer a hassle-free return process for any item purchased through our website. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the item(s) for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order details, and they will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 5-7 business days.
