Our return policy at Missbellydance.com ensures customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days for a refund or exchange. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Please include your invoice or proof of purchase with the return, and allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the item. However, please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Additionally, personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return. We strive to make the return process as easy and convenient as possible, valuing our customers' trust and satisfaction.
