Our return policy at Mexgrocer.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the items within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. We kindly request that you include a copy of the original receipt or order confirmation with the return. Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the cost of the product. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. We strive to provide excellent customer service and aim to make the return process as hassle-free as possible.
