At Meritline, we have a customer-oriented return policy to ensure your satisfaction. We understand that occasionally a return may be necessary, so we offer a hassle-free return process. Most of our products can be returned within 30 days from the purchase date. However, please note that certain items such as software, food, and personalized products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and copyright reasons. To initiate a return, you need to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from our customer service team. Once your return is approved, you can choose between a refund or an exchange. We strive to process returns promptly and aim to issue refunds within 14 working days.
