Our return policy at Maxstudio.com is designed to ensure customer satisfaction and convenience. We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Simply fill out the return form included in your package and send it back to us using the prepaid shipping label provided. Once we receive the returned item, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and in case of a return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
