Our return policy at MasseysOutfitters.com is designed to provide convenience and satisfaction to our customers. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the item for a refund or exchange. The returned item must be in its original condition, unworn and with all the tags and packaging intact. Additionally, proof of purchase is required for all returns. However, some items such as underwear, swimsuits, and custom-made products are non-returnable for hygienic reasons. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
