What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy at Manhattan Home Design allows customers to cancel their order within 48 hours of placing it, without incurring any fees or penalties. If the cancellation request is made after the initial 48 hour period, a cancellation fee will be applied. This fee is typically 10% of the order's total cost, covering restocking and administrative expenses. For custom or personalized orders, cancellation is not allowed after production has begun. Additionally, some items may have different cancellation policies, so we advise customers to review the specific product page for details. If a cancellation request is approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days. Please note that cancellations can only be requested via email, and any communication through phone or live chat will not be considered.
