The refund policy for MPA subscriptions is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your subscription, you can request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. To initiate the refund process, please contact our customer support team with your request. Please note that refunds will only be issued for the unused portion of your subscription. If you have already accessed and utilized any of the features or content provided by MPA during your subscription, a prorated refund will be determined based on the remaining portion of your subscription. We strive to process all refund requests promptly, typically within 3-5 business days. However, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.
