What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy at MBP Distinctive Catering is as follows: In the event that you need to cancel your catering order, we require a 48-hour notice. If cancellation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled event, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total invoice amount will be charged. This fee covers the costs incurred in preparing and planning for your event. In the case of cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, the full amount of the invoice will be charged. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we strive to be understanding and accommodating whenever possible. Please contact our team as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order to discuss any possible alternatives or rescheduling options.
