At Lulalu.com, we strive to ensure our customers' satisfaction with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Please note that personalized or custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer support team with your order details, and they will guide you through the process. Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective item.
