What is the return policy?

Luggageguy.com offers a hassle-free return policy to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. We provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval. However, please note that personalized or monogrammed items are not eligible for return unless there was a manufacturing defect.
