To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact our customer service team within 30 days from the date of delivery. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Please make sure the item is in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund or exchange as per your preference.
