Our return policy at Lavinia Lingerie is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that all tags and labels remain intact. We offer a hassle-free return process, allowing you to either exchange the item for a different size or style, or opt for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on panties, teddies, or hosiery unless they are unopened and in their original packaging. However, if you receive a defective item, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error. For more details or to initiate a return, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page.
