What is your exchange policy?

At Lafuente.com, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction, and therefore, we have a hassle-free exchange policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the item within 30 days of delivery. The exchanged item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. However, please note that certain items like personalized or custom-made products may not be eligible for exchange unless a manufacturing defect is present. To initiate an exchange, simply contact our customer support team via email or phone, and they will guide you through the process. We aim to process exchanges as quickly as possible to minimize any inconvenience for our valued customers.
