What is the return policy?

Our return policy ensures customer satisfaction by allowing returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required. Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, are exempt from this policy. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team who will guide you through the process.
